Current resident. Air conditioning is broken. I submitted two tickets, it got cancelled. I made multiple calls and left multiple voicemails and no one returned my call. Interesting that checks can get processed every month for rent but they can’t return any of my calls to fix or maintenance the apartment. Yet alone update me on the air conditioning even when they said they would. They can’t even get a vendor out to check the air conditioning. Ridiculous.

Luxury apartments.. is not the case anymore. The building has had broken gate door handles for almost a month which allows easy access for anyone. Homeless men have been in the garage peeing. The office never answers the phone when they do answer the phone they are rude and act like you are bothering them. isn't that what the office is for? Are they only concerned about new leases or are they truly there to help. Kassandra especially is probably the utmost rudest person working in the office. her email responses are appalling, she's rude on the phone. Perhaps it is no guidance i have lived here for a little over the year and its now leading into a 4th manager? I don't even know who to reach out to. Nobody knows anything. How do you help residents and operate if you are always closed? Don't answer the phones and when you finally do reach someone they speak to you as if your bugging them on average people pay roughly 2300 a month, so for a building with 264 units that's roughly generating income of 607k a month they can't have common courtesy or be willing to assist?

Park Central Apartments provides a very clean, safe and family friendly environment. It is located within walking distance to a variety of shopping and eating experiences. The neighborhood allows for outside jogging or leisure walking. Staff maintained the surrounding environment; very clean. all of the staff are very professional and were responsive to to all of my concerns or request for services. My family enjoyed living at Park Central.

Park Central is a beautiful community located in downtown concord. Easy access to freeways and Bart. My leasing process has been very easy and Samantha has done an amazing job of answering all my questions, assisting me and making my process as smooth as possible. I really have appreciated her professionalism and her going above and beyond. She has been responsive and timely with all requests and needs. I am excited for my new home and really wanted to share the positive experience I’ve had the community and Samantha. Working in property management myself, especially during these times. It’s hard and can be stressful. So I really appreciate all her efforts and timely responses and the customer service she has provided has been nothing less but exceptional.
