So I'm diabetic and I'm at work and need to eat. I guess the owner won't let them deliver over a mile. Poor excuse for a owner you just lost my buisness.

The guy making sandwiches stopped in the middle of making sandwiches and dug his phone out of his pocket to show a coworker a text. Then proceeded to continue making sandwiches without changing his gloves. Asked him to change his gloves before he made my sandwich and he just walked away shaking his head and went to work the register instead.

I ordered a sandwich delivered and the bottom of the bread was so hard I couldn’t bite into it. I called to let them know and was told that they were really busy and no one must have noticed. There is NO WAY someone could have missed how hard that bread was!!!! Girl on the phone didn’t seemed sorry, just coming up with excuses. This is the second time my delivery order had stale bread. Not sure I’ll order again.
