Avoid this place at all costs. Background checks of employees not thorough enough... Over prescribing. More focused on maximum amount of codes to bill insurance instead of patient care.

Won’t be coming here anymore as this place is a joke. A month ago, I met up with my daughters dad to bring my daughter and son in because they were sick. My daughters dad is not my sons dad. He checked my son in. When I told the front desk staff that he is not his parent and I didn’t want him in the room with my son and I, they basically told me they didn’t care. A week later, son had an appt. Turns out step dad went in and completely removed all of my info off my sons chart and put his own. Today, my other son had his first appointment. We waited in the waiting room for almost 50 minutes before walking out. We were there on time. Absolutely ridiculous…

I'm not sure why the bad reviews are so prevelant. My husband and I moved to the area last year (April 2021) and started searching for a new PCP. I wanted a women and my husband preferred a man. I chose Dr. Kaitlyn Bogardus and my husband chose Dr. Brandon Bonds. We both have previous health issues so we chose the person who seemed to fit our own needs. Dr. Bogardus was encredibly nice, we discussed all my person medical issues and she sent out all the refferls I needed to get established perminantly in the area. My husband also has a long line of medical needs and Dr. Bonds was very professional, answered all his questions and sent out his referrels and scans. Both dr.s exceeded our expectations on care. We have experience at Mayo Clinic so our standards may be higher then usual. I have no concerns or issues what so ever with the entire staff from check in to check out and all our needs have been met and established. I was very impressed with the level of care and compassion from both Dr.s we met. We look forward to continued care with Evergreen Family Medicine and reccomend them to anyone in the area needing a new Primary Care Physician.

My sons primary doctor is here he had been sick so I called to see if they could see him and they told me they’re not seeing sick patients because of covid. Super disappointing that they refused to see a sick 1 year old kid. Whats the point of even having a doctor if you can’t see them when you’re sick?

Because they suck as a unit.

Why do they continually not wear masks as if there is no pandemic probably because they have never lived through polio out breaks and the pandemic in 1957-1958. For some some odd reason no one remember.

Tambrie, masks, especially for unvaccinated people,.are a must! If you are unvaccinated and refuse to wear a mask, the delta variant will at least put you in the hospital. If you are not vaccinated, you can and will spread this disease to immunocompromised people who can get a breakthrough disease that will kill them. Isn't it nice that you care so much for your community. I am being facetious.

Why are you promoting false information about COVID and giving people Ivermectin when it is NOT safe for humans and the FDA urges people not to take it, as it does NOT CURE COVID and can kill you.
