I mean, I’ve had decent experiences there and also some not good ones. Ive gone there before and received compassion and kindness. However I’ve also gone in, only to be treated like I was trying to get out of work. Such as one time, a doctor (can’t remember his name, but he’s an older man, with a white beard) didn’t believe me when I came in saying my throat hurt and strep throat had been going around my office. He already figured I wanted a doctors note to skip work once he found out where I worked. They took a strep test (which is always awful and I felt bad for the nurse cause I nearly puked on him. He handled it well). Well the doctor came back and told me I did indeed have strep throat. I also didn’t appreciate getting nurses and doctors views on COVID-19 being told to me. I don’t mind them talking amongst themselves about it, but when we are taking my vitals, I don’t really want to discuss your opinions on COVID-19. I don’t go in there to hear/discuss politics or personal beliefs, I’m there cause I’m not feeling well. So I give a 3 out of 5, it’s definitely not terrible, but could do better. 😊

It seems to me some of these people reviewing think an urgent care is supposed to provide primary care lifelong follow up services. For an urgent care theyre pretty good, a couple doctors are anyways not Karen Aldridge she sent me home with a life threatening allergic reaction. Or the people are reviewing, are talking about the family practice or women's health not the urgent care. Musgrave is my favorite doctor in douglas county and 99% of the time I end up going to urgent care because by the time I can get into my primary care the issue is long past needing adressed, doctors here make you wait 6 months for an appointment then cancel it so I end up at evergreen URGENT CARE not family practice. The review about Pamela Anderson, she is one of the worst doctors I've ever been to i didnt think she worked at urgent care just the womens health, she sucks at evergreens women health care I don't know why she is working at a woman's health place when she doesn't even know what probiotics are. I believe Chantelle is the name of the female doctor I like. They often provide better care than my normal "primary care" anyways.

I trust this urgent care even for near emergency situations. Obviously in a severe emergency we would go to the emergency room but all of the staff here is very thorough. They are always busy and you’ll have to wait a little while (not nearly as long as you’d have to wait in the emergency room lobby though…) but the other day I had to take my toddler in for a severe cough and shortness of breath and they immediately had a nurse and a doctor come to the waiting room to assess her to make sure she was OK to wait. They were ready to see her immediately if they felt it was necessary. This was reassuring and very nice to know that they take potential emergency cases very seriously and will check you out right away if necessary. I Also really like that they have their own lab and imaging. It feels like a one stop shop because they can do all labs there and give you immediate results. Id trust them with my and my family’s life :)

Very professional front staff, back staff got us in pretty fast, and was very calm and caring with my sick little girl. We have seen Dr. Powel and Musgrave in urgent care and was very pleased. They explained everything thoroughly while remaining compassionate. X-ray tech was fast, friendly, and efficient. Our scripts were sent over ASAP which was also appreciated. Overall, great experience and exceptional care.
