was Very rude to my guy when he bought a rug. The rug was rolled up and was told it was in good condition. Well, when he got it home it was filthy to the point I had to not only air it out but had 2 deep cleanings on the rug. Pieces of the carpet came off of it..it was a messy job. Once it finally was cleaned it could be used. I think this is horrible on the shady practice of this place. The rug might of been a fair price but the cleaning cost me over what a new rug would of cost in the long run... The messed up about this is he was interested in buying several things and he was blown off. The woman even belittled him and acted like he was wasting her time on getting the carpet and the inquire of the items he wanted to get. BAD BUSINESS! One of my neighbors went to that place (she should of known better after I told them what happened to us) and said she was treated poorly so she left without buying anything. She said that after she made a complaint before she left the place she was threatened by the woman. I wasnt there so I dont know what words were said...but not surprised. PLUS to top it all off they dump there garbage by the stop sign near there business hoping for anyone to take it..considering there is transits and drug addicts wandering down the road ...it is those kind of people that end up digging through that stuff dumping it all over the place. The place leaves trash and broken items on the side of there business in I am guessing hopes someone will take the items. Instead it is a really bad eye soar to everyone in the neighborhood. It just looks bad. I have seen numerous people digging thru that stuff and scattering it everywhere. Its disguising and shows everyone the type of place it really is. They put out signs to get free stuff from people and dont even bother to clean it up..then put high prices to sell. The obviously are making money so why not clean up the outside of there place. .UPDATE: The female owner has stalked me on the internet. Even kept hounding me with there delusions. No owner would behave like this to any customer let alone a person who writes a review on how they were treated after purchasing a item. A normal mentally healthy person would not cyber stalk and is continuing to follow me over a review. Its very disturbing on the continuing odd behavior from this business.

We donated two thousand dollars worth of stuff to them and accidentally donated something we did not mean to. They said they had it in their storage and will not return it to us. They said they would the next day. Been back twice and still did not receive it back. All we want is our item back
