Good place to go for help

I have been trying to get retrained at this place over 2 years! I got injured at work and due to the tyope of injury I could no longer do a huge amount of things I use to do. I really did everything they told me to do, tests, doing some placement testing, some interviews, research and ect. I was being bounced back and forth between 2 different part fo the employment office. It was not only very confusing but very frustrating. I am not even fully cleared from medical and the person who was helping me told me that the employment office has doctors that will clear me on my medical. I did point out to that person I can not possibly be cleared on everything because I was restricted only for a short time due to legal issues with prior employer. The person insisted that they know doctors that would do it for the employment office regardless of any issues. That alone really scared me because I could get badly hurt or hurt someone else...or be fired from a job because I couldnt even do the job from my medical restrictions. The person didnt even seem to care about it. DISTURBING! I was offered training through the local college and I was eager and willing to do it. I did all that was asked of me to be qualified. When I tried to contact this person I never heard back from them. I went into the office to find out what was going on and why they did not get the paperwork in on there part for the training. I was then told that they didnt feel like it was the right job for me. I was beyond stunned....I spent almost 2 months on this and the day before training was told that they didnt feel it was right for me...and think I should do something different. I asked them what would they suggest..I was told to be a dog breeder! Was told maybe I can be a dog groomer at petco. I am like WTH???? I told the person that you have to be trained to be a dog groomer...there is a school for that and you can not breed dogs at a house rental. Plus you need money to get good stock of a dog breed..have all the paperwork and you got to pay the vet and etc...I would need at least 20k to start off right. The employment person just ignored me. And ever since then has ignored me.... I am too old to simply jump into any job that I have no training and is ok with a injury that restricts me from doing any job that I use to do. I need retraining....its just that simple. Well I thought was that simple when in truth the employment office uses excuses as to getting me into college to get training so I can get a job that I can do. ' I have the background to do some of these other jobs...I really do know certain State jobs better than most of there own employees do on regulations and etc. However I have been denied the retraining that is needed to get into those jobs by the employment office. And that is the sad part..that when someone who wants the retraining and knows which job and everything about that job is being denied it all because the person who is part of the employment office has a feeling or thinks it is not for me. This employment office doesnt want you to get retrained...doesnt seem like it...more like keeping you from work by denying retraining to qualify for the job you want.

I am still trying to get form 385-E and can't find it anywhere online. How can I get one if I can't download one and they still haven't sent me one.

I found out it must be generated by the State and sent to your employer. They fill it out and submit it. I have not heard back from the ESD if they have received mine or submitted it.

I need a form 385-E and I have been waiting for a couple of weeks for them to send one. Can i get it through the Roseburg office?
