They seem to operate like family, and treat their customers that way too. They inspected my car, fixed the issue, didn’t try to charge me for extras, and charged me a fair price. This Team goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service . I am a very happy customer for 2.5 years already and this are my reasons why: -You can always rely on them and this means a lot to me. They always helped me out when I needed it. You toss the key and they will take care of everything. -honest business practice: they had several possibilities to charge me extra or exchange unnecessarily parts but they never did it. They even refused to receive a tip! - good communication: Price is discussed before the service is provided. So no surprise how much you will end up paying. You will get a call when the car is ready - fast and good quality service for a good price - the entire team is very friendly and professional -they know their customers - they document well provided service in their system.
