The rates I'm sure have changed since I lived there, but my advice is stay away, you will be paying a lot of money for nothing. The apartments are run down, the management staff is a joke made up of a bunch of young girls who don't answer questions. Parking is a nightmare, rude loud tenants and trash all over the place. Don't get fooled by the pictures they hide what is really going on.
Stay the hell away! Nothing but problems. I lived in a 6 unit building, infested with bed bugs! Management blamed each individual tenant for the problem and refused to follow state law and remove the bed bugs. After 2 lawyers I moved out and now they are coming after me for breaking the lease. Pam has another thing coming because now I'm coming after her directly.
I am a current tenant and everything I read above is incorrect. Management changed last year and the pictures currently on the site are true and the place is beautiful. Rent is not cheap however. I pay 1000 for a one bedroom. I've been here 16 months and just signed a 2nd lease.I've had no issues, my maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours.my neighbors are neighborly. Parking is not the best, but they do offer assigned parking for an extra fee.Overall the best apartments I've ever lived in. Oh to qualify you must earn two and 1/2 times the rent for income
That would be a question for the complex not a former tenant. But I do NOT recommend this place!! Maintenance is horrible. Management is horrible. There are problems with the pools constantly. The gym is always closed. Loud drunken tenants. Drugs in the complex. The resource officer showed up drunk at my unit one night. The list goes on.
This place is horrible! I’m currently moved to a new place with my partner because Management discriminated against us. They don’t fix anything and now are charging us fees they forgot to add to our pro rated amount a month ago. Don’t waste your time or money!
I am a current tenant. I haven't been here that long but I love it so far rent is a little high but I will pay it for a nice apt. I've had minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of very promptly. My neighbors are great. Haven't had any problems with parking. Office staff have always been very helpful and personable. I just wish people would clean up after their dogs most do but their are a choice few who must think they are special bags are provided throughout the complex and still a few don't. Aggravating but overall I think its a great place to live.
