This was the one place I was looking at when my apartment was kicking everyone out for renovations. It’s so pretty outside & in. I was told I could not move in with my ESA because he is a Pit Bull mix. He gets along with all humans and other animals, doesn’t bark and he’s an adult so no messes inside. He’s actually the worst at being a typical Pit Bull. Even though he is certified and I had an ESA letter, I was denied an application (which I’m pretty sure is illegal). Thankfully we found a place with only 15 days left to move out.

Only one security guard who is also the maintenance guy. The office is never open & there's not enough parking. You got people on section 8 that are not following the housing authority rules with having people staying with them all the time that are not on the lease. It's not right that I am paying what I pay with just my income while these other people on section 8 are getting away with breaking the rules. You guys need to start paying attention & quit letting the ones on housing break the laws. I will not renew my lease when it comes up.

Things break and are never fixed, my a/c went out and they claimed it was an “easy fix” that it was out of freon then added they don’t have any freon on the property they have to order it. I reported this Friday and my a/c still hasn’t been fixed.

The apt it sell is nice, but the management is not. You can be all day calling to the office and never gets an answer. They are not are a responsible management, they act careless. Bri is not a responsable person and she are give me an actitud a couple time. I can’t wait to my Lease get done so I can move away.

I just received the letter from Pinellas Housing to apply on June 24 2020 for the waiting list. I'm hoping they have available units Now

Not that am aware. I haven’t heard anything about that from them or their website. But call the office and Briana(Manager) will answer that.
We are sorry you are experiencing some sound issues. All future residents have their choice of all available apartment homes. Please stop by our office so that we may consider some solutions.
