My wife has been out of town for 10 days and I thought I would surprise here with a fully painted basement. I spent 900 dollars on Sunday pulled an all nighter painting the basement walls. Wake up from a nap and go back to the store to buy another 600+ dollars of stuff planning to get the job done to surprise her, But when I am getting ready to Pay I realized I left my wallet on the kitchen counter. I call and wake up my assistant at 955pm she sends over a Passport and Drivers license pic on my phone. This really young nice guy was trying to help me. He said if I applied for a Home Depot credit Card I could buy it and Get home. Then a manager shows up and says if I don't have a physical ID there is no way to get the Credit Card. Living in a Digital age it strikes me so silly that a manager level person would shut down a $684.00 sale because of his lack of common sense. I find it so frustrating as some one who spends easily 30k a year at the Wilmington Home Dept on Route 13. The Lack of common sense is astounding so I drove home and write this review because the store is now closed. Crazy world we live in. Henry Mellon

It's OK overall, typical Home Depot. Props and extra point for Lron in the flooring dept who was very helpful, despite all his teammates engulfed in some gossipy drama. Star rating based on 2 visits. Do your homework before you arrive if you're a DIYer.

Fair to midland experience. Aisles loaded with carts full of inventory to the point you can't get down some aisles. I was looking for some 1 in (galvanized-mod#33544) pipe saddle clamps. None available, and you could tell this item and its neighbors hadn't been inventoried in a long, long time.

I don't work at The Home Depot, but I do not think so. They may just give them to you if you ask the manager.

Why do people think that other people out shopping want to have to deal with a dog? Other than a service dog you shouldn't have your pet in stores. And if it was a legit service did u wouldn't have asked because it's part of ADA. Please stop thinking other people want to b around your pets. Some of us are allergic!
