Have been living here going on 2 years. I’ve had ac problems since day one and the replaced the ac fully. But I still had 2 more problems with it. Both times they did not have any urgency. I have a less than one year old in the house and it’s gotten up to 83 degrees in here. Today I went to the office and told them it hit 80 and that was at 11 this morning. They didn’t come “fix” anything til 445. If you are looking for a place to call home I do not recommend this place because if anything were to go wrong (which there will be) they simply don’t care to get it done.

This is one of the cheapest apartments in town- but on that note it is also pretty dumpy. They boast about brand new laminate wood flooring but it is not even installed correctly. The AC is old and broke a few times. The sidewalks constantly flood, there is never enough visitor spaces. Rent is cheap but they tack on a bunch of fees. Everyone that works there is fine just the complex isn't up to par. I would not recommend and save your money (and deposit which they steal from you) and get a better place.

All in all great apartment complex, lovely landscaping that gives the apartment a unique identity to the place. Great staffing, they were very helpful throughout the whole process of my apartment application. The first day I moved in to the apartment, I really like to make sure everything is perfectly fine and inspected tin the apartment and only found that one of the handles in the bathroom sink was not working and they were really quick to get it looked at and fixed.Really good people and great apartment so five stars for Oasis at Bayside.🙌🏼

Oasis has been one of the smoothest transitions i've ever experienced living in an apartment. Coming from the Midwest, the leasing office staff has been very vocal and communicative with me upon my arrival to Florida. In addition, they will work with you if their are any issues regarding the apartment and will be willing to do what they can to ensure their tenants are happy with the place. Lastly, the exhibits are clean and undergoing changes that benefit the quality of life of their tenants. I've thoroughly enjoyed living and working with Oasis At Bayside so far.

This place is still scamming! BIGGEST SCAM IN FLORIDA. Look at my review!! Updated July 2018. I lived in Brittney place across Ulmerton for 2 years. Right behind Amscot! I have friends all over Ulmerton. I heard about scams last week. The answers to reviews are pre-made! Look at the negative reviews with positive feedback. Obviously cut and paste!
I think it is about 1100. They are remodeling a lot of apts so could be higher i pay 1400 for a 3 bedroom
