Extremely disappointed with the way we were treated at this apartment complex. They were nice before we applied. Unfortunately our original application was denied because of one minor error, and from then on they treated us like we weren’t good enough. They didn’t respond to our questions, were very short with their replies, and basically refused to work with us to resolve our issue. It felt as though they are only nice to you until your application is placed. Fortunately we learned our issue was minor and easy to resolve, and we found another leasing company that was willing to work with us. At the end of the day we feel like we dodged a bullet by not leasing with this company.

The air conditioner in a "remodeled" unit should not have mold infested gunk built up in it. Had to clean it myself because the last time I let a maintenance person in they broke the drain on a brand new tub.

It is very pleasant to live here. The apartment has tons more room than you would imagine. I moved from a 3 bedroom 2900 square foot house, sold off the third bedroom item and few other things, and was able to fit it all in here. The storage closet off he patio is very spacious and was the difference maker in whether I would have to rent a storage unit (I didn't have to!) Maintenance is quick and cares about doing a good job. The front office staff are some of the nicest you'll ever meet and also cares about making sure you are a satisfied customer. Three pools, doggie park, playground, tons of important stores and restaurants just around the corner and the beach is less than a 10 minute drive away. It's quiet here; the mix of people range from young families to retirees but everyone is respectful and neighborly. No regrets - here is where you want to be if moving to Largo.

I've lived at this complex since October 2019. I have never had any issues, nor complaints. Nothing has been broken in my apt or caused an issue. Anything that needed to be fixed was done within hours and they didn't leave a trace. Everybody has been kind and quick and understanding. I am looking into renewing my lease for another year, this time in a two bedroom. The grounds are kept clean and maintained, has three pools, and the lawns are always kept tidy. My neighbors are the sweetest and have never caused any issues or disturbances.

I would recommend Waterchase Apartments for you and your son as your 'Michigan only' paperwork shouldn't affect their decision of moving you in... especially if you have had at least $2,000 in your bank account for the last 6 consecutive months with employment. Good credit and stellar references are always helpful but not always necessary since Waterchase Apartments have been known to decide on a case by case basis. All those types of questions can be answered by a simple phone call to Waterchase Apartments. Asking the Google community isn't really the best way to discover those need-to-know facts about apartment living. While there are many great things to say about Waterchase Apartments, your questions would be more adequately answered by the staff at Waterchase as every tenant's needs & wants can drastically vary from one another.
