I need to renew my drivers licence and need a new photo which is over 15 years old. i also want to upgrade my license. That is not an option when trying to schedule an appointment at a Syracuse location. Do I just select any category?

There's only limited transactions available for now. If you don't have an option for the transaction you want online then you have to go to the website to renew. Incorrect reservations will not be honored.

You will have no choice on upgrading. So dont think it really matters which category u pick.
