First visit was with Dr. McConn and in March and he did ganglion injection series. He was kind, patient and gave me hope of a pain free life. he told me they could treat me for both crps and fibro. Followed up in July with Carla and she was kind as well and we had a plan. Left the office yesterday Nov. 4th in tears as she pulled a complete 180 on me. Told me there was nothing more they could do for me. Suggested acupuncture as it helped her. I told her my insurance wouldn't pay for that and I personally can't do that due to fibro and I physically couldn't handle the needles. She also suggested "cupping" it was as if she was projecting her personal medical treatments on me. I travel 3.5 hours to this office and felt like it was a complete waste of my time and copay. I got online with my crps support group and a few members actually told me they had similar encounters with Carla. How can a PA contradict the Doctor she works under? I am now not sure what to do or where to go from here.

Dropped as a patient after one appointment, Nurse practitioner Julie Glaza lied on my chart to get my medication taken, was so mean, they just didn't want to refill pain medicine, just wanted to take me off it cold turkey, an easy out for them just to lie and get me off their appointment book. This after they promised my retiring Dr a seemless transition over to their practice. Offered gabapentin! I have hard to see if you ware in my spine, not nerve pain! I didn't like the gabapentin that made me like a zombie, so they dropped me as a patient because somehow they thought I was being rude when I complained to them how it made me feel. I was told that they'd no longer prescribe opioids that I have been prescribed for 20 years. They don't care about patients, to them, you're a number. They don't care. Find another doctor to see if you expect to be treated as a human being, because it won't happen here. They have zero respect for patients.

I've had chronic issues with my back for the last few years and have been pushed from doctor to another. After my second time there the provider I saw shy is clearly someone who cares a great deal for her patients. My only complaint are some office policies but providers have little to no say on those. That being said I could not be happier the care I've received and the friendliness of the staff, I would recommend them to anyone who needs care
