I took my mother-in-law to get her hair done for her birthday. She had her appointment with Jean and was so pleased with the way her hair turned out! She doesn't frequent beauty salons for coloring. She says, "all these new young stylists make my hair bright red and I want a natural look. They don't listen to me or I'm not explaining it well." I want to thank Jean for a fantastic experience and taking the time to listen to exactly what my mother-in-law was looking for. More importantly, Jean is going through some tough things right now. I was touched to be a part of the conversation and pray constantly for your son's recovery, bless you all! We will definitely be coming back 🙏😊

I've had a hard time finding a salon in the Clay/Liverpool/NS area that fits my high standards, but I'm glad I tried Panache. I had some free time one day and needed to get my hair done anyway, so I just walked in. It was quite busy, but the young lady at the front desk was very sweet, and I only waited a minute or two before they got me in for a shampoo. Apparently I was lucky to have come in that day, because the owner actually cut my hair. She was wonderful! She listened very carefully to my requests, and even brought up a picture on her iPhone of the style I'd asked for! She wanted to make sure she knew exactly how I wanted it to look. She was professional but still very friendly while she worked, and I looked and felt beautiful when I walked out that door. So glad I finally found a decent salon around here.
