Enhanced ID and Enhanced license are two separate identifications one can have, if you're looking for just an enhanced non-driving ID it would be about $40, if you have a license and you wish to get that enhanced, that would cost between $42.50 and $94.50 dependent on weather you are renewing your license and upgrading to enhanced, or just changing your license to enhanced. BOTH transactions MUST be completed in person, by RESERVATION ONLY, when the office opens back up for in person transactions. Please visit dmv.ny.gov for updates, and please use the tools on the websites to make sure you gather all the appropriate documentation necessary to complete your upgrade.
I'm not sure of the cost. I got mine a while ago, but you can't get it until they open.
