I just paid over $200 to have my snowblower picked up and serviced. It was finished in 3 days, which is good. After they delivered it this afternoon I started it and the pull rope broke off! Of course he was gone by then and the shop is closed. Now I have to wait until Monday to call them.

Over the summer I spent most of my time fixing up lawn mowers. That said I had to make many trips to north syracuse powerhouse. They almost always had the parts I needed and if they didn't have it in stock they would get it ordered and have it ready within just a fue business days. These guys are always willing to help. If I didn't know how to do something they would have no problem helping explain how to do it. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Try to find as much as you can about the model information and give them a call. If model cannot be identified, call them and ask if you can bring it there to have it looked at to review your best options.
They work on smaller lawn tractors and lawn mowers. If it's a full size tractor I don't believe so
Stihl is great. I use mine fairly frequently and it always operates like a charm
