There is a stray cat in my neighborhood that is always meowing at my window and trying to follow me into my hallway. Can I bring her/him in to you before it gets too cold. I am unable to take her/him in, as my landlord doesnt allow cats....Thanks

Hi Wendy, you can take the cat to the shelter and see if she has a tracking device. If the cat does, it is likely the cat is owned or was once owned and you may be able to find his/her owner. If you feed her she will continue to rely on u for food. If you can not take care of the cat long-term I would suggest bringing the cat go the shelter and they will put her/him up for adoption if she has no owners.
