Every time I end up getting a delivery from FedEx, my package is delivered is delivered down the road and not to MY house. I called FedEx and was told bluntly that when I am to receive a package, I need to call FedEx with the tracking number and give a "recommendation" to deliver the package to MY address, where it should be delivered in the first place. This has happened numerous times! The place where they deliver it to is at a door that is not even used. My house number is on the mailbox AND where they keep delivering my packages address is ALSO on the mailbox. I believe they need a driver who can read numbers!!! When you order online, you are not given a choice as to who is delivering your packages! If I had a choice, I would NEVER use FedEx again. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!

Had two packages not delivered cannot get to talk to anyone in customer service because the automated phone will not let you this place needs to get its act together the entire company!! We had two packages that were supposed to be delivered from IKEA and we never received either of them I tried talking with IKEA and they were unable to resolve my problem I have yet to be able to talk to anyone in FedEx very disappointed in the service!!!

I really don’t understand why fedex still in business. They service is horrible don’t get me start on they truck drives, you’ll be lucky to get your packages in one piece after delivery. I have a package that’s been there since the weekend instead of delivery on Monday they claimed it have to be deliver on schedule day which is yesterday. Didn’t receive delivery yesterday instead I saw a delayed details instead of getting my package now I have to wait until today Wednesday(today) maybe I’ll get lucky and get it. Fedex is one of the reasons I’m canceling my Verizon service.

When you go in to a location and don't get acknowledged (not a big deal finish your non work related conversation. Seriously not the reason for 2 stars). But when I ask a question (that a 10 minute phone call, 7mins being a horrible voice prompt) for a customer service representative to tell me that can't answer yes or no to my question. Don't let the back warehouse lady up front try to act like customers are dumb or inferior. Really tasteless. I know how to read. Fedex just doesn't know how to customer service, or have good routes to obtaining information. If it wasn't for the girl who was actually supposed to be up front this would be a 1 star. To the lady in the back warehouse. You're better than that. Before you laugh and try to embarrass someone, think if you were going through it.

At least you got your delivery. Driver has marked our school as "business not open" instead of just coming here. We are a school. WE HAVE BEEN OPEN!!
How do I get them to deliver to the box at the end of my Driveway instead of coming all the way up to my house? Or how do I get them to deliver. Period. ?

If you go through the prompts there are actually people there that take the calls. You can go down and pick up your package easiest way is bring id.

Sometimes, it depends on how it was shipped. I've been running into issues with whats called "Home Delivery" which is a cheaper option for retailers. This only delivers Tuesday through Saturday, and if you miss them even by a minute on a Saturday then you have to wait until Tuesday to receive it...
