I’ve had my pool for 10 years. Everything seemed good until we changed the liner. As soon as we did that the pool walls started warping. Now the pool walls are just aluminum and foam. The aluminum skin on the inside of the pool completely warped and I believe the integrity of this pool is compromised. I had reached out to radiant pools to see what their warranty covered and pretty much they will avoid warranty issues like the plague. And I’m 99% sure they’ll make a comment on my review either trying to save face in the public or blaming the installer. I know one other person with the same style pool and the same thing just recently happened to them. Our pool is inground so it may be a better option for above ground

The pool frame is great mine is going on 5 years old and no issues. The premium coping that I paid alot extra for, is just plastic junk that started warping after the first winter. The poor quality and design of the coping detracts from what could be a really nice pool.

We are over the top happy and satisfied with our new above ground Radiant Pool! The quality, beauty and durability is the best. We want to especially thank Richard Beaudoin for all his assistance and help in explaining any questions we had. We went with the 18' mosaic tile lined pool with the beautiful wedding cake steps nestled into our back deck. It transformed our deck into a resort like oasis! I’m using a Radiant Pool installer and need help from corporate. I requested help back in May too. My project has been improperly installed in multiple ways. Out of level and leaks. Was told pool has to be removed! Radiant installer won’t return calls. Please help us.
