I am a delivery guy and deliver dog food to this place every week. This place is a really really good place. U might not hear back because they are always so damn busy. I bring them anywhere from 800lbs-1200lbs of Hills Science Diet dog to them on a weekly basis so i can definitely back up that they take really good care of the animals there and everyone I've come across so far has been very nice. Just because 1 or 2 people didn't get exactly 100% what they wanted at the very instance that they were looking for, don't let a couple of Bad Seeds ruin the whole place for somebody. I'm their weekly, and if I wanted to adopt a dog and I lived near there I would definitely go to them.
The staff is often too busy to answer the phone, but someone is there daily to care for the animals if you want to go in person.
