Are ALL utilities included in the rent for the efficiency apartments, and if not, then what is the cost of the utilities?? So basically what I’m asking is, what would the total cost be to live in those apartment?

Utilities are separate, that is electric and cable. Electric varies month to month based on usage, it tends to be higher in the winter with the heat on.
