I lived at Village One for 17 years and while apt living in general can be hard my experience was great. Maintenance responded and corrected any issue. A/C was able to cool my entire apts. Electric bills were not excessive and having the summer pool and beautiful park next door were COOL.

Village Green is one of the hardest places to live especially for children! The staff at the office are very unprofessional and we'll find any reason to violate or try to kick you out thank God for covid! This is not a place that you want them live believe me they might look like nice Apartments but it is a hell hole!

I'm a current resident the apartment is garbage. The tenants blast their soundbars at 5 and 6 in the morning. You have no privacy when someone coughs or sneezes you hear it in your apartment. If you have money or make a decent living don't move here. its a waste of money paying rent. I can't wait to move out and my lease is up.

They have a look like abandoned hotel next to the apartments with people living inside them. Village one looks clean on the outside but hallway smell like old worn down carpet with cigarette smell. They have a pool and thats a plus, but being next to that abandoned looking like squatters home, I would not get in a bathing suit never alone my children. Village one do have a makeshift park that is just grass overlooking the main road and a few benches. I would not rent from them. They have some up keeping needed and do something with thier squatting run down abandoned hotel neighbors.

Non regulated, but the rent prices are fair
Range from $700-$1100 I believe.
There is a pet deposit, but yes. I have seen many neighbors out walking their dogs.
