When are you going to train your call center? I can never ever get anyone on the phone. I'm ready to change providers just because I cannot get a hold of my doctor. This is wrong on so many levels and it seems you do not care.

I agree they need to get on this.

Some people do not have social media. You still need to fix this problem. It's impersonal. It is not fair and unethical that we cannot get a hold of our doctor or office staff. You have complaints on phone issues that are a year old

Having this problem myself for my special needs sons referrals.... It's insane
