Make sure that if you are scheduling an appointment here to ask the admin if they are still requiring masks to be seen by a doctor, especially if you’re scheduling 4 weeks out and working around an extremely busy schedule to just be seen for an annual check up. I don’t have time for this mask requirement b.s. The pandemic is over. You have lost business from one healthy patient, there’s probably more out there who will steer clear of your clinic because of these tyrannical, unhealthy requirements that end up doing more harm than good.

The Doctors & Nursing staff are decent but the receptionist/scheduler are awful. Solution: Fire them & hire better people (Fire the HR hiring these people if necessary)

I am trying to see Dr. Elizabeth Hayden at diagnostic clinic but does not show up on my insurance. On the phone with my health insurance and called Diagnostic clinic and just ask them if they would call my insurance and the woman rudely said they would not call and it was on the insurance and Not their end. Unfortunately I cannot see that doctor. That is my third bad experience with diagnostic clinic.
