Dedicated is so wonderful! I take my 92 yr. Old mom here. Staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. Cisneros is a 10 out of a 10 for a doctor! I wish I was old enough to go here myself , so he could be my doctor. The best!!

I’m totally disgusted with this Senior care center. I mentioned my artificial hip pain and thought it was “End Stem pain “ my doctor had no clue what that was and told me to ask my Pain Management doctor about the pain. No I need to see an Orthopedist as my replacement was done in 2000, it’s 22 years old. I took a bad fall in March this year and the hip is giving me issues. I was told let’s see if a cortisone injection in my shoulder and knee helped first. I assumed I decided when I needed to see a specialist especially when my PCP was clueless what I was talking about she’s not schooled in orthopedics. Just one of many examples.

Yes on humans n the doctors are the best I've ever had I've been on disability since 2000 my intestines burst I've had alot of different doctors but this was one of the best things ive done switching to Dedicated
Call the after hours service and get them to contact your doctor. Get them to send a new Rx to CVS or whichever drug store is on your plan. Even if only a one week supply to hold you until office opens on Monday. You’ll have your meds pretty quickly. Then get tracking done for meds previously sent.
You can see their doctors listed with pictures on the Dedicated web site. They also have a couple of doctors that are specialists that are not shown, but their specialty is listed. Nothing fishy there. It’s an HMO - not an old fashioned one doctor and one nurse set up.
Dedicated Senior Medical Center takes Several Medicare Advantage plans. Depending on which Insurance Company depends on what Hospital is in network
