Very poor selection of hats when I went, apparently a shortage. Service was awesome, it’s the only re as on the place isn’t a 1. What’s the point of a hat store that has no inventory? Also no premium selection was present.

This is one Amazing shop me and my wife were greeted and spole to by the lady at the counter she help me out with what size hat i needed and was just an amazing person such a great place i stoped in today on fathers day to tell them how happy i was with my new black Fedora. I will be going back and purchasing more hats from them ..... Thank you to Mr and Mrs MAD HATTER. You guys were amazing really enjoyed my visit with you guys.... Ill be back

The whole place smells like an ashtray. Couldn’t even shop and I imagine all the hats will retain the odor as well.

Hello Mr. McKay, Unfortunately, we don't specialize in restoration or cleaning. However, we will have a large selection of wool and wool felt starting August and we will have those available until February.
I think the only jackets they carry are the oilskins? Unless that's what you mean by driver's jacket.
