They work on commission it seems, sales and bleed your insurance company and you dry as much as possible. Zero personality there’s no talking to you or chit chat. Was super nervous I had never had treatment done and they were stone cold. I’ve had 6 laser treatments done and I’m still not done. The largest bulging vein is still a problem (they saved it for last) now they want to do sclerotherapy on it .

A few years ago I went to United Vein Center Clearwater for leg vein issues. Very satisfied. When protruding veins appeared on my calf recently, they were my first choice based on previous experience with office and Dr. Lily. Very disappointed this experience. Staff is nice enough. However Dr. Lily’s demeanor totally changed. Initial consult short with a white board indicating treatment areas needed. Gave her 30 second “canned” talk. Never asked if I had questions. Always felt like I was interrupting her day. First laser vein ablation I asked her to explain procedure. Her response was curt as I should know as I had had it done before. I decided to have other leg done with the laser treatment with much uncertainty. The follow up after second leg I had to show here my bulging calf veins a second time to see when these might be addressed . It’s like she didn’t know why I had come. Check with front desk to see what’s scheduled was her response . Canceled all future appointments and will not return.

I had major leg swelling due to being a hair stylist. I called and was put in touch with the clw office. I saw Dr Lilly and could not have been more pleased. She told me everything about how and why I was having swelling. She took the time to answer my questions and suggested a plan to correct my issues. Dr. Lilly really knew every answers to all my concerns. The staff member that performed my ultrasound was very professional and made me feel very at ease. I would 100% refer a friend or family member to this office! thank you so much!

Dr. Stephanie Lilly took great care of my mother. Her legs look fantastic and she had no more pain. The staff was very friendly and professional.  Dr. Lilly was very knowledgeable, answered all of my Mother's questions and made her feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Lilly!
