As of this minute I have been waiting for over an hour and a half for someone to answer the phone. This is every single time you call. This HAS to be addressed and fixed asap. Very unprofessional to keep patients waiting this long. I love my Dr but the front office is a mess.

Try this 1 on for size. 1st let me say this I only make an appointment with the Dr. When its absolutely necessary. I went for my lab work 3/15/2022 I got a call yesterday my labs are back & do a follow up, only 1 huge problem I was waiting for someone to answer the phone yesterday.........18 minutes waiting & no 1 picked up. This morning I called again, I was less patient this time 5 min I waited & I hung up. I called at 8 am, recording says due to high call volume & COVID19 blah blah blah blah,,,,, save it! Lazy people at that office!!!!!

We walked in on time for our appointment. My son had to find the bathroom because he had to use the restroom so I walked him into the restroom and walked back out the security guard had me log in after I handled my son using the restroom and due to that little bit of time of me not logging in right when I walked in they had me sit in the office for 40 minutes to call me upfront and tell me they need to reschedule because I didn’t log in on time. And that was just the experience today. This place should not be a doctors office for children it is a government ran building that is worse than the health department

Worse place you can go to ! They have you sitting down wasting your valuable time just to tell you tell you they will have to reschedule. Mind you I had to wait 1 month for a appointment! I’m months pregnant. Spent money to get there , I had to copay also! & I still got turned away. I would not recommend anyone to visit this is . DONT NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME . Because they simply do not care about your needs . They need better front desk receptionist because their staff has no good communication skills.

For an appt you have to wait days before getting in and for physicals its months. They take on more than they can chew
I agree they need to get on this.
No they don't. They give you the order and you go to an outside lab
I've been having the same problem lately. It seems like since the system changed the service have gone need down

We can diagnose and treat periodontal disease with deep cleanings and more frequent maintenance visits. This is typically diagnosed at a comprehensive exam so that we can get radiographs of all the teeth and make a more generalized assessment. We work on a sliding fee scale which is based on monthly household income. You will need to show proof of monthly household income to determine where they fall on the sliding fee scale. We do accept Medicaid insurance plans as well.
Unfortunately, we do not do any treatment in the CHCP dental clinics with nitrous oxide or any level of sedation. We use only local anesthesia (injection of numbing medicine) to control discomfort during procedures. Dental anxiety and low pain tolerance is a very common finding in the dental field and there are many options for treatment. If you come into one of our locations for an emergency walk-in exam we can evaluate the tooth with an x-ray and visual exam, write prescriptions if necessary, then write you an appropriate referral to a dental provider who offers sedation services. We take emergency walk-ins Monday through Friday at 7 am and 1 pm in both the Clearwater and St. Petersburg locations – there is a possible wait time of two to three hours, as we see as many patients as walk in the door in addition to our regularly scheduled patients. We encourage you to come in as soon as possible to have your cracked tooth evaluated in order to avoid prolonging your discomfort.
Yes, we have a provider named Dr. Anet Pargas. You can find a list of all our Pediatric Providers on our website: https://www.chcpinellas.org/about-links/providers-link/pediatrics
The fax for Clearwater is 727-216-7103.
We offer cytology and we partner with Tampa Bay mobile mammography to perform mammograms at our centers several times a month. Regarding payment, we take most insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. We also take patients without health insurance based on a sliding scale rate.
They say they are but they will fit you in when there is an opening or they'll tell you to come back when there is an opening
We offer a sliding scale fee based on your income.
There is no "sister office" every office shares the same number amd calls are routed through an operator.
