This is the first time I have had to come see this type of Doctor. I did my own research and chose Dr Shapiro because of the high ratings. But I will say that his Assistant Sarah is what sealed the deal. When I called to make an appointment I immediately felt at ease with her. I had many questions which she happily answered. Not once did I feel like I was bothering her… She was genuinely concerned with my issue and could fit me in that very next day. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the most welcoming staff (Sarah) . She goes out of her way to help things run smooth while you are there. She has a special gift of making you feel at ease because being here isn’t the most fun.( under the circumstances). I would recommend anyone here especially if you want top notch customer service.
