I Apparently have to see my Doctor, cos' i'm out of prescription refills, so i 'tried' to call Evara today. I spent 1 hour on hold listening to 'inane' elevator music, and was eventually cut off!
Can i suggest; they hire more operators?

They suck! It took me 2 weeks to get through and I was on hold for 45min to an hour each time. Good luck!
