Is Florida Behavioral Medicine even open anymore? I have been calling for the past week concerning a prescription refill and get a busy signal ever time...no answering service, no rings, just a busy signal as if the line is constantly tied up.
How come you can never get a hold of someone. Maybe you should start turning new patients away since you can't service the ones you have. Its absolutely ridiculous. My pharmacist has been trying to get a hold of u for two days.
Do they ever return calls, I've been calling for 3 weeks, at l least 7 times, I left messages, no one calls back, are they ever there?
