How come you can never get a hold of someone. Maybe you should start turning new patients away since you can't service the ones you have. Its absolutely ridiculous. My pharmacist has been trying to get a hold of u for two days.

Place is terrible. I took my daughter there and it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone or get a call back.

I find it easier to call them myself and ask for the doctor's medical assistant. They have always got back to me unless it's a Friday. I've had them call me back on Friday sometimes. If not, need to wait until Monday.
