Had to report this office for medical billing fraud. I have notified the state and insurance company who will be notifying the BBB. DR A Patel is requiring testing for care but their office will not bill for the required treatment plan. When I inquired on options as they are disabled I have hit a wall of fraud and shady business practices. Sarah the office administrator has refused to return a call or respond to an email. Lisa at the front desk admitted that they require all testing to be paid for out of pocket but accept the state Medicaid program. This is ILLEGAL! Report them if they try to make you pay or hold off your care conditional on this illegal payment scheme! I will make sure this gets resolved and will be moving my mothers care to a reputable office for actual care. RUN AWAY from this corrupt and unethical office.

Dr. Patel is great, but his medical assistant and whoever else works here is unprofessional and so uncaring. Been trying to get a hold of someone for the past three days because i have one pill left and was told i can't get a refill till my appointment... Are withdrawals not a concern?! I had a bad withdrawal experience with my previous medication, so I'm very worried with my new meds. I will be finding a new medical office who actually cares and is aware of withdrawals.

I have been seeing various doctors here for over a year. Doctors are changed out regularly and today I got someone new. She insisted that I have not been a patient prior to this month and would not let me talk. When I asked her to please let me speak, she hung up on me. I tried calling an administrator and was able to leave a voicemail. The facility is unable to schedule a doctor to replace the one who hung up on me, leaving me to find another provider on the fly. I would strongly advise a more professional establishment to anyone seeking behavioral help.

Not at all surprised to see a rating of 2.0... If I could give less than a 1, I would. The staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, received an email reminder TWO days prior and the day of my virtual appointment I am unable to get ahold of anyone. After leaving multiple messages and sending emails, someone returns my call to tell me my appointment had been canceled. She insisted she called and canceled, which she didn't and was even argumentative about it. She blamed my confirmation email on a system glitch... clearly human error. Later that day I receive a response to my email... I'm not sure if it was the same lady from the phone or someone equally as rude. She was condescending and lacked basic customer service skills. She told me that regardless if a confirmation email had been sent, I KNEW my appointment had been cancelled which is false. After reading the reviews, I can't understand how this center is still in business. This is supposed to be an office that HELPS those in need, however, the way they are treating patients is quite the opposite.

I kept trying, and finally for through after a day, I had the same busy signal happening.
Place is terrible. I took my daughter there and it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone or get a call back.
It's very difficult to get in touch with someone via telephone at this office. It is best to go to the office.

This is a horrible place my boyfriend goes there and all they do from the front desk to the managers to the doctors they're unfriendly in the front desk when you're trying to ask for help for a family member they a very unfriendly they're very inconsiderate they treat you like you have no right to ask questions about the type of therapy they're having what concerns you may have the doctors only show up there twice a month to collect the check and continually giving my boyfriend addictive drugs when he shouldn't be having them this is a horrible place the managers of really not trying to help problems that just there is no fixing Solutions are getting help for the patients and all from the beginning to the end this place is a horrible place I would never ever go there or send a family member there
You would have to call to see.
Yes they do.
I have Cigna and it's accepted. It's best to call them directly.
I see doctor Zimco, he says they take all insurance. It’s hard to reach them by phone but they are great. You are better off just going there to talk to someone.
I don't know if they take Magellan insurance. If you have an HMO you need a referral. If you have a PPO you don't.
Great psychiatrist, he completed his residencecy and no longer works there. Great Psychiatrist!
Yes!
Not sure, call or go see them to find out.
