My watch clasp was loose. Another local repair store said a new butterfly clasp had to be ordered, but they couldn't approximate the cost, and said to leave my watch. Thinking it odd that they couldn't simply measure the clasp while i was there, call me with a price I could pay over the phone, I went to K&K instead. He tightened my butterfly clasp in minutes (new one was not needed), polished the watch, all for a nominal charge that I paid plus tip for fabulous, honest service. Thanks again K&K!

So glad to discover this great jewelry store, thanks to their "watch Battery" sign. They had my watch up and running in a few minutes. A while back., my center diamond had come off of my wedding ring, so after seeing the passion Keith has for his craft, I brought in my rings for repair. He was great at explaining everything and answering my questions. He took a diamond from my old ring and put it in the new one. I am so thrilled, it turned out better than I imagined. Thank you K & K Jewelers, it was a great experience from start to finish.
