Not the new arena. You can walk. They have 1 bus thats very iffy on time schedules. They had a tram but torn that out. Best bet dont go to any games. If you do its a 45 min walk from BARF to new arena.
Yes if you get on BART and take the Coliseum exit you can go to the Warriors game I hope this helps you sorry for being a late responder
