Was very disappointed with the service department in waterloo ny for shower bases. Said Lowe's no longer carry the 42" base. Went to Lowe's in canadaguia NY and they had a floor model and ordered one which will be in in a week.wont be going back.

It's the luck of the draw, some associates care and are knowledgeable. Unless I'm confident of an answer, I always ask if they're sure. Shameless but unfortunately that's the way it is. Some of these companies hire someone to fill a slot with little product knowledge.

Have noticed similar incidences there as well. Sad that all stores aren't the same
