Failed an inspection due to tires and they were able to help me within (literally) the same minute after coming from another shop and getting me the best and quickest deal. I purchased 4 tires in November and when Jose was general manager he was only able to put on three of the four, the fourth tire was not available and they didn’t seem to want to make it right by me, we are now in December and under new management. New manager made this right by me, thank you Ryan because you have met my customer needs. I have now decided that I will continue service with Mavis, I have been a customer for years and this one transaction really had been a headache, calls to corporate, which gave me some discounts, but I called multiple times to get the tire when they said it was ordered. I kept getting a run around, no call backs to get the tire on my car until you made it right! I recommend Geneva Mavis discount tire as long as you are manager at the location. I have called corporate to let them know that you have made this right. Thank you!
