Alex and Austin were so incredibly helpful today and I can’t recommend them enough. l had to extend the time I had my rental, and despite all the speed bumps with information transfer, they were incredibly kind and patient and easy going people to be around. Never once made me feel rushed and made it as painless as possible. The 2021 VW Passat I rented was stunning and clean and I really can’t recommend Enterprise enough if you need to rent a vehicle, short or longer term. And for not doing credit checks, they have amazing prices as well. 10/10

I have rented from enterprise on numerous occasions and it was a pleasant experience so far. Until the last time I rented a vehicle from them. The experience was so awful that I will most likely never rent from them again. I was guaranteed a vehicle the day of pickup and when I got there to get the vehicle there was nothing there for me. After they magically made a vehicle appear for me, I was told I would be charged a fee that I was not told about when I booked my reservation( what can I really do about it? I was on a time frame and refusing to pay the fee only would ruin the plan I had to go on a trip for work which would have caused me to get fired!) after I reluctantly accepted this, the employee would not accept a credit card I have used and only used for enterprise rentals! I literally have never used another credit card at enterprise other than the one I was being denied usage of. After all that he tells me that he needs five minutes to clean and sanitize the vehicle. Do you think he properly cleaned and sanitized the vehicle in a mere five minutes? I think not. So just as I suspected he pulls up the vehicle and I look at it for body damage(as I always do when I do my initial inspection of the vehicle) no damage! I then look inside the vehicle and see ashes from cigarettes everywhere, stains on the seats, and dirt all over the dash, steering wheel, and center console. I then tell him that I don’t think it’s been properly clean yet I am already late because my vehicle was not here when promised it would be when I made my reservation. After all that I leave and go on my way. Very frustrated I let things go a bit realizing I must keep my mind focused on my work and my few days ahead of me. So I drop the vehicle off at the closest location to where I was staying and dropped the keys in the box. The next day I receive my bill via email and see that they charged me $350 for a two day compact rental. I tried to call and ask why but my call keeps getting redirected to a line that tells me I should contact a local office, but that is the number I was calling in the first place. All in all I feel like I had money stolen from me and will most likely be bringing my business to another rental agency in the future!
