If you're looking for a unique place to stay, this is it. It is the manor house of a former dairy farm built in 1905 and situated on 12 acres overlooking vineyards and the lake. There 12 guest rooms on 2 floors. Our room had a king size 4 poster bed and fireplace with views to the east and west. It's an old house so expect some quirkiness.

Probably one of the more disgusting places I’ve Ever stayed at. The room was dirty, smelled like mold and had huge black mold looking stains on the carpet. For the windows were all bolted shut and there was paint chipping off the windows. When I expressed my concerns and they agreed to give me a few dollars off my price. Would never stay there again

Booked for my wedding night for the jacuzzi tub and beautiful fireplace. Upon check in was informed we couldn't use the fireplace since they don't turn it on until November. Arrived at the hotel and there was a noticeable musty smell, and during the night we could hear small animals making noises in the fireplace's chimney. In the morning we tried using the jacuzzi tub only to find out it was broken and not functioning, and realized that the room didn't have any complimentary shampoo, just conditioner, body wash, and soap. Super disappointing, especially given it was our wedding night and we had booked what we thought would be a romantic hotel with a functioning fireplace and large jacuzzi tub. Save your money, go to a normal chain hotel.

Absolutely loved staying here! As a local, I love being a tourist in my home region, the beautiful FLX. I would highly recommend a stay in the Pond View Room at White Springs Manner. Comfy king bed, big bathroom, gas fireplace, absolutely perfect. In the winter, you might not see the pond underneath the snow, but you have a gorgeous view of Seneca Lake! We also took advantage of the free tasting voucher and 10% off purchase at Belhurst Winery. Yum!
