Everyone was friendly and very helpful! Room was clean and had everything we needed. 24hr coffee, tea, hot chocolate. They have a vending machine but I didnt make it that far to check it out. Came back to the room with a pizza and they even had paper plates and napkins in the lobby. If I had to pick something wrong it would be an extra outlet in the two bed room and a little bigger TV but neither were deal breakers. We felt like we were in a fancy hotel, thank you for the great experiance!!!

The service, staff customer service and the rooms were comfortable, clean and welcoming. We traveled 4 hours to visit in Geneva and stood the whole weekend. We will stay here again upon our return here. THANK YOU

Check in process was seamless. Hotel was very clean and organized. Breakfast was great. Tim helped us checkout and was very accommodating. All staff was very friendly. Location of the hotel is unparalleled. Away from crowded, noisy downtown, but only a 5 minute drive from the action. Also very close to tons of wineries and breweries. We would definitely recommend staying here when you are visiting the Finger Lakes.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Lobby clean and bright. Rooms in great shape. Beds comfortable, nice shower. We left something behind and were called a few hours after our Sunday departure to arrange having it sent to us. Highly recommend. Great value.
