Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during my trip to the Finger Lakes. Overall, I give it a solid 3/5 (good). The bedroom and bathroom were clean (most important) as well as the overall facility. The reason why I didn't give it a 4 or 5 is because: 1. The room lacked USB port to charge electronics. Odd that the rooms were this archaic in 2022. Make sure to bring a 120v charger if you stay here. 2. The water pressure from shower was pretty weak. Probably the weakest pressure out of all the hotels I've been to. 3. The free breakfast were mostly packaged foods. Other than these 3 minor complaints, we were satisfied with our stay.

Very nice stay. Comfortable beds and seating in room. Modern television options...needed tub mat and it was delivered in minutes. Hot breakfast with good seating.

We stayed at the Fairfield for a friends wedding at Belhurst Castle. The wedding was at 2:30 and we arrived at 12:45. We had requested an early check in of 1pm so that we could put on our wedding wear. When we arrived at 12:45, our room was ready and waiting for us! The staff that we encountered were all lovely, in particular the front desk woman named Victoria. The room size was fantastic, the proximity to not only the event location but also to a drug store (I always forget something) was perfect. We even loved the lemon sage shampoo/conditioner/body gel provided in the shower! Thank you again for a love stay!

We decided on Wednesday to do a last minute trip to Geneva starting on Saturday. Even though it was last minute we were able to stay in our first choice, Fairfield Geneva Finger Lakes. We stayed for 3 nights. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful as far as recommending wineries and breweries as well as restaurants. The hotel was very clean. We had a King room and it was a good size. The bathroom was also very clean. (The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter for makeup application). The beds were comfortable as were the pillows which I don’t often find in hotels. We are already talking about returning to Geneva in the Fall. And we will definitely stay at the Fairfield!

I am not aware that a shuttle service runs to the winery.
