I came on 5/7 to purchase a true temper wheel barrow which they had 31 in stock, located an associate and found them unassembled and was told there was nobody to get them down from the upper rack and that they would handle that later that day and assemble it for me to pickup on Sunday. I showed up Sunday 5/8 around 11am to pickup so I can do my wife's planting for mothers day to be told someone called in and they won't sell me it unassembled even, very disappointed in this customer service and now I have to figure something else out because I'm not going to spend money on one I don't want.

I purchased a washer and dryer for my parents. John was extremely patient, helpful, and delightful. I was told that Lowe's no longer gives veterans discounts on appliances. That's disappointing!

Dude, it's Lowe's. They have a wide array of building supplies, tools, appliances, gardening supplies, hardware, and so on. The jokes about how no one can help you are often true, but sometimes you can find someone to help. Self-checkout was fast and easy.

I generally can find what I need here. People generally will ask if you need assistance which is nice. Always restocking shelves so that's great they have supplies and make it happen to restock. Checkout is good. Offer self checkout or line. Haven't experienced any issues really.
