This Walgreens is terrible for the sheer fact that it's completely understaffed. Pharmacy lines are constantly down the aisle and easily at least a 15 minute wait. If you're getting any vaccine, be prepared to be there for an hour despite your appointment time. Want to get at home tests? Wait on line for 25min and then another 15 for them to get them for you. The staff does the best they can however it's too large of a population for the few in store. This is a fail on corporate for not properly staffing them.

Horrible experience anytime I step in this Walgreens. Long lines at the pharmacy window. Prescriptions sit there until you come for pickup at which time they will ask you to have a seat and wait some more. It is a shame how businesses serve some communities with complete disregard depending on their location.

This has to be the worst location in NYC. The shelves are always under stocked, product bins clutter the aisles, and the line for the pharmacy is always long because even though there can be a number of staff members behind the glass, only one staff person will actually serve the customers 😡

I came into this store to refill my cashapp account, on the cashapp there is a barcode that is what is scanned to refill the account, for unknown reasons a female cashier asked for my cashapp card, first store that ever ask me this, so i asked why she needs the card if even if i swipe it it wont go through, because she needs to scan the app barcode, basically to refill the card is useless; so she got loud and said if dont show the card she would not refill, i did she dumbly tried to swipe and obviously it didnt go through, so she ended up scanning the app barcode, which is the safest way anyways as the account only works in the device that it is married to, in my case, my phone, which has the digital card, with my picture and all she would really need; this type of behavior need to stop because it is obviously poor customer service and the way she got smart with her tone and voice obviously speaks really nasty of customer service here; as i stated, first store that ever asks for the physical card; the meaning of cardless and customer service here needs an upgrade..., if i was the manager at this store cashier out, need personnel that can represent the store with proper education and attention.
