Dave quoted us higher prices and wasnt very nice..if you call or go online and chat prices are lower and more flexible As of safety they have 24hr patrol who actually do patrol through the night and if you call they get to you very quickly as in with my own experiences. I like this place and my kids and i enjoy going there and have great experiences each time amd cant wait to visit all the locations they have
The 595 is only for 1 year Went it expires you have to renew at higher cost. Many diff. Plans to choose from if you camp a lot or live in rv its the way to go. If you just camp OCCASIONALLY you don't need a membership to camp its open to public now BUT Nonmembers pay higher prices.
It's depends on how you feel about your needs if you live full time then you need your membership because of the wsy people call the police on you when you park on the streets in residential I've had both bad and good experience at Pico... The admin is getting tighter on how your rv is which i feel they need to reimburse you if your rv doesn't pass their quility...
Thinking of canceling our membership. Parks are getting run down and less and less spots available.
We cancelled our membership because we didn't feel safe anymore at Pio Pico. We found that most of the Thousand Trails parks were pretty run down with outdated facilities.
It all depends on what plan you are on. Need to speak to Dave in sales.
