We just came back and beware if you have a trailer/rv and you paid for a site with electricity and water. Between 2 sites you share the electricity and water. With that being said both sites have to take turns using the electricity if you want air conditioning. It will run the basic stuff between the 2 sites. As for the water when both sites decide to use the shower one site will lose all water pressure. Now the water front campsites look awesome and if I would of known about the lack of electricity, I would of took a water front spot and bought my generator. For future book waterfront site. Also another interesting point is there is permanent houses there so it was a little different looking across the way and it being someone homes. Would I come back yes I would but I would be better prepared and book a waterfront spot.

A bit of info you should know before you book the creek side campground at 7 Oaks. The campsites are super close, you will set your tent up on gravel, very little room for parking your car as the fire pits are so close in proximity to parking & the host doesn’t come around to monitor the people or activities going on. IF you desire a relaxing camping trip this place is definitely not going to live up to that expectation especially dinner hour & later. Quiet time is supposed to be 10p as firmly stated by the campground host when you check in. Well, Saturday through the night we had to wake up 3 times to ask our grown male neighbors at the next site to quit their partying & loud conversations. Literally 20 ft from our tents. First at 12:30am, then 1:30a, 2:30a & 3:30am when the three guys said, “sorry we paid for this space & you can call the cops on us if you want”. Hmmm, How do you do that without cell reception??? Finally at 3:38a, they went to sleep. In the morning we saw at least 40 beer cans strewn about so obviously they were drunk & rudely non responsive to our request to shut down the party. Here’s the weird thing, they had 2 or 3 campsites & a lot of children with them. I’m always shocked how family members act this way in the company of kids. The previous night, Friday, there was another group across from us who arrived so late & made so much noise setting up & staying up that our neighbors on the other side of us left in the morning & must have vacated their site as it stayed empty on Saturday into Sunday. So IF you don’t want to be around disrespectful campers, this place is hardly enjoyable & I don’t recommend it. This is my review of the campground on the creek side only. I’ll never return here due to this awful experience & disregard for the maintenance of discipline that the host stated firmly, quiet after 10pm.

This place is well off the highway 38 even though there are cabins and homes near by you still get that remote feeling of being in the wilderness.. The sound of the Santa Ana River flowing as you sleep is amazing!

Reservations is best.they get busy here because it’s so much fun with family and friends
The pool is not open but the river running along the camp is calm and cool. Very nice.
Yes after November 10th the restaurant will be closed for the season "winter" however camping there is open year round. And the restaurant opens back up first weekend of April
Yes if I remember properly, they do. They provide electricty outlets and a water "outlet"
No
It's open every Fri-Sun during season.
No, the stream is only big enough to dip your toes into, but it is very pretty.
Its been a few years since ive been there.. but im sure there wouldn't be any problems with late morning or early afternoon. Very accommodating place.
For tents, there is a minimum 2 night stay. Per night we paid with one car was $60 to $75 per night. They a FB to message them for prices.. Not too sure if they change with the seasoñs
I don't know but I'd becareful & it is anice place to camp.
Depends on what side you want to camp on. Is a small area. But they do have spots. And best route also depends on where you are coming from.
I think it is 40 per night....
no, although there isn't much fish at the campsite.
In the fire pits provided
No there are not. It's a private resort and they do not provide bear lockers. I had a bear come to my site 2 nights in a row and go through my ice chests. It even got into the bed of my truck.
There is a small stream that run along the camp sites and the fish and game stock trout there. However you are better off going to Jenks lake which is around 3miles away. I believe parking cost 5 or 10 dollars
Reservations is best. I wouldn't want to chance driving all that way and not getting in.
The restaurant is ran from the front office. It is a family operation. So the reservation number should work.
They have fire pits.
