Horrible experience. Had 6pm appointment waited for over 20 minutes while 6:30 appointments were being helped. Rescheduled for the following Saturday and instead they scheduled me 2 weeks out.Only seems to help those that speak Spanish. Horrible customer service and communication. Do not recommend.

A friend told me about this place, I went and have them do my taxes. I’m very satisfied to encounter a very helpful staff and good vibes environment. I will be back next year for sure! Just waiting for my refund @ this time.Hope I get it soon 👍🙏

Very disappointed. Their website states, “ We offer accurate tax preparation services year-round.“ Yet they (Benjamin, specifically) made a mistake when filing my taxes. I would not recommend this place. You are better off looking for another tax preparer unless you want to risk some mistakes on your taxes. Their price is also a bit higher than what other tax preparers charge.

First time meeting with Melecio. He was very knowledgeable and quick! Made sure to give max refund possible. Will continue to come here from now on!

What do you mean by claim taxes? If by claim you mean claim, all the time in the U.S. If you meant claim a refund than you have up to 3 years to claim a refund the IRS owes you even if you file late. However if you owe taxes then the greedy government wants their government and you have to pay asap otherwise you might get penalized and / or it can lead to tax evasion (even though Trump didn't pay taxes) and other crimes (even though it shouldn't be a crime) https://www.irs.gov/individuals/dont-lose-your-refund-by-not-filing
