The plants arrived nicely packaged and all in excellent health, even a bonus surprise with another musa banana! I have seen different experiences and at least from my experience after ordering alot online from all kinds of folks need to have realistic expectations. I ordered cause could not find what I wanted local and they had it, so ordered and items are healthy.

I ordered 6 fruit plants on February 5, 2022. I had not received the plants or any shipping information after two weeks. I was concerned and started to contact them several times and left several messages, but no response. Then, I started to send two emails and finally Andrew gave me a tracking number on February 25, 2022. It turned out that my plants had been delivered on February 19, 2022 and left it in the office management of my apartment for 6 days. Due to the plants was left in the box without watering, all of them was dried up and wilt. I revived most of them, except the Longan Kohala is too weak due to the plant grow from seed and only 3 inches height. I contacted Andrew and told Andrew the Longan plant was wilt and died. He said our guarantee is only 10 days and your order was delivered over two weeks ago. I sent him an email with the notification proof from USPS states that it was delivered on February 19th and contacted him on February 28th to tell him about the plant’s dying situation which is 9 days from the delivery date, still under the guarantee. After several emails, Andrew finally responded and I finally received my replacement on March 12 and upgraded their stars. I don’t know whether I should laugh or cry. What a buying experience. And I probably have to spend another 6 years for the plants to yield fruit or not. Hopefully they didn’t die half way! Good luck to me! Happy buying everyone. I strongly recommend the owner provide the customers tracking number by email after the delivery to save yourself and your customers’ headache!

Revised: 3 star on June 15th 2021 I am upgrading to 3 starts from on star, because the plants were delivered yesterday by USPS 2-day priority mail. The plants arrived safely, but packaging was strange and the plants were grown in standard soil and not special media that is used for mailing. I have taken one star off for lack of communication with concerned customer, and one star off for not sending me the package tracking number. Original: one star on June 14th 2021 I have ordered two plants on June 4rd. My credit was charged on June 6th. I have not received the plants or any shipping information --- today is June 14. I have called them twice and left two voice mails, but they have not returned my my calls. I also have sent them an email and have not received any reply. I hope they will send me my plants and reply soon. Dilip Sarkar

I have had bad experience in this place. The shipment is delayed and we are going for a month and the plants do not arrive, bad luck. the postal service in California has problems or just the shipment was lost. I do not blame the owner but I am without the plants and so far without the money . After 17 days the plants arrived with damage to the foliage but they will recover. the owner was friendly. Everything is solved
