We’ve been bringing our pets here for a couple years. For the most part everyone has been friendly, but we’ve run into some serious problems this past year. The main issue seems to be that there is no consistency of care, as appointments are scheduled with whichever vet happens to be available. This wouldn’t be a huge deal except it’s also become extremely apparent that no one on staff reads the notes about prior visits. Every time we have to answer basic questions like our pet has never been there before, even if we were just in a couple weeks or days earlier. My fiancé was even asked today if we have other pets at home by a doctor who saw two of them simultaneously just a couple months ago. I do not expect veterinarians to remember every pet that comes in to their office, but I do expect them to have at least reviewed our file and know why we’re visiting. What’s more concerning to me is that on multiple occasions we have come in for a follow-up visit or to get a test that was recommended by one doctor, only to be told that the new doctor disagrees with those recommendations and would like to try something different (usually more medicine, follow-up visits, or tests that won’t actually be done). Typically to then come back again and see a third vet who also recommends something different. This cycle has repeated with two of our pets. I wanted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt the first time. Our cat was elderly and at the end of his life and it felt like the staff just didn’t want to tell us that it was time to let him go until it was too late. But now seeing the same thing happen trying to get treatment for our dog for a (thankfully) minor issue, I’m wishing I’d trusted my gut and taken our cat elsewhere for a second opinion. I’m sad to write this review because I do think everyone here is kind and well-intentioned for the most part. But ultimately the extreme disorganization at this practice has cost us thousands of dollars, plenty of lost hours, and most importantly, has caused suffering and delayed treatment for our pets. If you have senior pets or pets with on-going health issues I’d recommend taking them elsewhere.

My dog stayed there for the first time for a few days. Came back really thirsty and with bumps, sores and scabs on her lips/mouth. Called to just notify them so they can disinfect the area she was in - tried to upsell me a vet appointment after I said I just called to notify them. People seemed friendly just think they could have handled the situation first with empathy.

If I could give a “Hundred Stars” I would. There are to many to thank but as everyone said all of our stars aligned yesterday . Dr Jenny and Dr Frey and your whole staff thank you . Daisy would not of made it without you. Thank you for walking me through each and every step and process, for being compassionate and kind and For going above and beyond . Daisy is now home after 24 hours and resting comfortably ❤️🩹

So sick and tired of putting our dog through the window in the parking lot of our old vet, we ventured out in search of something new. We found a great one! So thorough, so friendly, and so much better than our old vet (whom we enjoyed). So happy with our visit with Dr. Harvazinski . Can’t say enough good about this place. Treated out dogs ear infection and he just loved them as well. Thank you so much!

A puppy package includes 3 exams at 8, 12 and 16 weeks with 3 DHLP-Parvovirus vaccines, 3 dewormings, 2 bordetella, 1 rabies, fecal exams, toe nail trims etc etc. Cost is $315.
I'm not exactly sure but I know that all their prices are the best around. Sorry, I have a dog.
You can ask any vet... Some you can buy otc if the vet will give you the dosage
