Worst workmanship I have ever experienced. Had my windshield replaced and now my window moldings keep falling down. No luck with reaching warranty service. I will follow up with CSAA to tell them to find another company to deal with.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! May 17, 2022 passenger window repaired. Got home and window wouldn't roll up to the top. Went back May 18th and they said they put WRONG GLASS IN and would order Correct Glass! Now it's 3 months later & still broken and can't roll up my window.

Took about 45 minutes to repair a small crack, about the size of a dime. Are these black specks normal? They're in the epoxy they used to fill the crack so that sucks if it's permanent. I used a white napkin to highlight the black spots in the pics.

One of the unfortunate things about the Bay Area right now is that local and state governments will not pursue or prosecute four petty crimes for losses, damage, or theft under the amount of $940. With that said, in the neighborhood I live in, San Francisco, my car has been broken into many times over the years as required by windows to be replaced. So at least a few times a year, I get to call Safelite auto glass to clean up the mess of the broken windows and install a new window(s). Their service is efficient, and their services are fast, booking and payments are easy through my insurance company—the guys at the shop or always professional and friendly. I guess the price of a window is pretty high, so be prepared to spend $500 for any one of your windows to be replaced for a fairly modern car. They are definitely less expensive places to go but generally they take longer to get a fixed and their work could possibly NOT be guaranteed.
